What Happened to Poe and Dex?

Poe is a hybrid. A monster who is part succubus and part reaper, forced to feed on both lust and souls in order to keep going. She has buried more bodies than she can count – enough to create a playlist for the very occasion. Love was out of the question for her. How could she love someone when she knew satisfying her lust without taking a bite out of the person in her bed was almost impossible? And that bite? It sucked their soul right out of them.

Dex is a monster. Maybe the only monster who could survive a bite from Poe herself. Every pot has a lid, and he’s clearly hers. Too bad the very curse that makes him who he is unravelled, leaving him… mortal.

Dex’s Curse was a short additional epilogue that followed the release of A Bite Full Of Death. If you haven’t read it yet… WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!

Was my very plan to leave you hanging? Have you been wondering what was going to happen to the love Poe had barely wrapped her obsessive hands around after years of following behind it? Stalking it? I couldn’t be that mean, could I? To just leave the story like that, open-ended with Dex so very mortal and Poe… well, dramatic as always.
